TERMS OF USE

 

Welcome to DA REWARDS, a Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) for Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Restaurant & Cafe, owned and operated by Casual Restaurants Inc (“CRI”).

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR ‘DA REWARDS’ CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. 

 

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, DA REWARDS. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with CRI for products, services, or otherwise. 

 

CRI reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the DA REWARDS and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to DA REWARDS at any time and at its sole discretion. 

 

Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions here.  

 

Your participation in the DA REWARDS confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications.

 

DA REWARDS not targeted towards, nor intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. 

 

Member’s Area

By accepting and using your ‘DA REWARDS’ digital card, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as published by CRI. Please read these carefully and keep a copy for your records. These terms and conditions govern the use of ‘DA REWARDS’ by you. This digital card can only be used at Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Restaurant & Cafe in Hong Kong.

 

Use of Application

Members have access to a hyperlink or a digital card. You are solely responsible for keeping this on your mobile phone in order to redeem awards. We are not liable for any losses you may suffer with or without your knowledge.

 

General Terms

  • CRI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Membership of ‘DA REWARDS’ is non-transferable, points can only be earned and redeemed by the member itself.
  • In the case of a dispute, the decision of CRI shall be final.
  • Members must be 18 years and over to join ‘DA REWARDS’.
  • All hyperlinks and digital cards remain the property of CRI and must be returned, terminated, amended upon expiry or on request.
  • The registration process may require that you provide the following information using the online registration form: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number and birthday (all five required in order to receive all eligible benefits).

Reward Card

  • Digital cards must be activated through signing up in order for members to earn and redeem points.
  • A card’s balance is non-replaceable in the event of loss or damage or malfunction.
  • Each guest may only apply for one ‘DA REWARDS’ membership.

Member Tiers 

  • There are two different member tiers - “Basic Member” and “Premium Member”. Upon joining a member is automatically added to the “Basic Member” tier.  
  • Members must present their membership card or provide a valid registered mobile number to enjoy any benefits.
  • “Basic Member” can enjoy below benefits: -
    • 300 points welcome gift (expire in one year)
    • Spend HK$1 to earn one point
    • One complimentary glass of selected house wine or prosecco for member on birthday month
    • Enjoy 100 points for referral a friend to join “DA REWARDS” (Points are rewarded upon referees first time spending) 
  • Members can upgrade to “Premium Member” on the “Upgrade To Premium Member” section.
  • Yearly membership fee for “Premium Member” is HK$800.  Members shall renew manually if he/she wishes to continue upon expiration. Otherwise Premium Membership along with all benefits shall expire by 12 midnight.  
  • Benefits of “Premium Member” as below: -
    • HK$250 cash coupon and 3,000 points welcome gift (expire in one year).
    • 20% off on a la carte menu for dine-in only while not applicable to special promotions, deals, private events or any group with more than 20 guests and 10% service charge.
    • One complimentary bottle of prosecco for the birthday member.
    • Free corkage for one bottle of wine during birthday month
    • Double points on birthday month. 

 

Earning Points

  • Points can be earned on every visit to any Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Restaurant & Cafe in Hong Kong. Every HK$1 = 1 point. 
  • ONLY one member can earn points per transaction / per table. Earning points cannot be shared 
  • Points can only be earned from in-store only. Delivery and self pick-up through delivery service is excluded.
  • Points cannot be earned for any outside catering or private booking events .
  • Points will always be credited to the member’s account within 10 minutes.
  • The balance of each member account is subject to the record held by CRI as the decisive evidence with recourse for dispute.
  • Members cannot earn points on any redeemed amount.
  • In case members cannot show their digital card, ONLY points can be earned through providing a member’s phone number if it has been previously registered. 
  • All points will expire one year from earning.
  • Members are responsible for presenting their membership to staff before payment in order to earn points. Points cannot be claimed back once payment has been finalised.
  • Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Italian Restaurant & Cafe reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Italian Restaurant & Cafe will be final.

Spending

  • Members can earn points and redeem rewards on the same visit. Points earned will be calculated on actual spending amount.
  • There is no minimum spending required to earn points.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Rewards

  • 10% service charge applies to food or drinks redeemed with points.
  • Members must make purchases to redeem rewards.
  • Members can redeem a maximum of ONE food or drink item with their points in one transaction.
  • Members can redeem birthday perks along with ONE food or drink item redeemed with their points, Premium Member 20% off and Gift cards.
  • Each member tier might have different rewards. Each of these rewards can be viewed in the member’s digital card.
  • The reward barcode must be presented for redemption (no printouts or screen shots accepted) 
  • Each reward has its own set of Terms & Conditions which can be viewed in the digital card.
  • Points cannot be earned for food or drink items redeemed with points. 
  • Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Italian Restaurant & Cafe will bear no responsibility in the event of Member’s claiming incorrect rewards.

 

Gift Card & Welcome Vouchers

  • Valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. No refund and extension requests will be accepted. 
  • This gift card is redeemable across all Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Italian Restaurant & Cafe venues in Hong Kong.
  • To be used for ONE transaction - no compensation will be offered if not used to its full value.
  • The gift card barcode must be presented for redemption (no prints out or screenshot accepted).
  • This gift card is only valid for food & beverage only and cannot be used for banquets, meetings, private events or other services.
  • Any amount exceeding the value of this voucher must be settled in full by cash or credit card.
  • We kindly advise that all table reservations must be made in advance.  Please contact the relevant restaurant to make your reservation.
  • Please note the e-version of this gift card can be redeemed instantly and sent directly to the recipient's inbox.
  • Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Italian Restaurant & Cafe reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Italian Restaurant & Cafe will be final.
  • How to Redeem:
    • Redemption is to be done only when you are at the store physically by following the steps below:
      Staff to scan barcode of gift card > Done
    • Member is required to present your e-Gift Card’s barcode at any outlets in Hong Kong before the payment
    • Note that any redemption redeemed outside of the venue, will be regarded  invalid and non replaceable.

 

Eligibility

  • ‘DA REWARDS’ digital card is valid in all Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill and Amaroni’s New York Restaurant & Cafe in Hong Kong only. 
  • CRI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

OPT Out

Anyone who no longer wishes to be included in our mailing list or the “Programme” may request removal of their details and associated data by e-mailing marketing@windy-city.com.hk. Such requests we process fast, as we strive to avoid sending unwanted communications. You may re-subscribe at any time.

 

These terms and conditions of use are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of these terms of use, the English version shall prevail.
